THE FOX BARN

The Fox Barn is a rustic horse barn transformed into a unique setting for special events, dinners, seminars, meetings, and private retreats. Perfectly private with spectacular views of vineyards in “wine country.” An adjacent tree-shaded picnic area is available for a casual lunch or afternoon wine and cheese.

Rates 25-50 people: $3,500 site fee

Rates 75-100 people: $6,000 site fee

House: $1,200 per night
Two night minimum,
Three night minimum for holidays

Packages: “Special” packages for catered events by Piper Johnson Catering

Hours: 6 hours

Check in: 3:00 pm

End time: 10:00 pm

Included: Use of House, Grounds, & Barn

Deposit: A deposit of 50% is due with a signed copy of the Agreement to secure the date. A $1,500 security deposit is due 60 days prior to event date along with Proof of Liability Insurance. Security deposit refund to be issued within 30 days following event with property left in pre-existing condition.
